In November 2020, the club sadly lost one of its founding members, Brian Morris. Brian was a driving force in getting the club started and ensuring it grew, doing so a lot of work behind the scenes and he encouraged many players to join, particularly students from DKIT. Dundalk Club held a Memorial Charity Match to end the season in his honour. The current Dundalk Cricket Club played a game against past members of the Club on Sunday 19th September 2021. All the funds raised from this event went to the Stroke Unit. Dundalk Cricket would also like to thank its sponsors for continued support and especially Guru Indian Cuisine for sponsoring this match and providing lunch for the players. This is a fitting end to a hugely successful year for the club!
