Home of Cricket in Dundalk.
The current incarnation of Dundalk Cricket Club was established in 2009 and since then we have won three league titles, LCU Division 11 in 2011, Division 9 in 2012, and Division 10 in 2015.
There is also a social side to the club and there is a well-established Taverners side for the social player. In 2015, the Taverners took their game abroad for the first time when they played Central Brittany CC in Silfiac and continued their overseas touring with a trip to London in September 2015.
Cricket in Co Louth has a history dating back to the foundation of the original Dundalk Cricket Club in 1853 and an exploration of our history section will reveal more.
We moved our grounds to Hiney Park (Behind Oriel Park) in 2019.
Dundalk Cricket Club has always prided itself on being an inclusive club where all levels of ability are welcome, with junior and ladies teams also in the making. If you are just starting out or are a seasoned veteran there is a place for you if wish to play, if your interests do not extend to playing then there are many other ways to take part, the club is always in need of scorekeepers, umpires, groundsmen and expert tea makers.
The club has an active team of committee members who oversee the successful operation of the club and expand our facilities and promote the club.
Currently, Dundalk CC has 1 team that competes in the Cricket Leinster League. The team comprises of players of varying skills however we are very competitive.
